Class Terms & Conditions
Booking
You may book your place on-line, telephone, e-mail, or in person. Payment of full class fees must be received within 14 days to secure your booking and we reserve the right to cancel bookings where payment has not been received within this time. Class joining instructions will be sent once the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation
Each class has a maximum number of spaces available and a minimum that needs to be filled before it can be run and whilst we make every endeavour not to do so, we reserve the right to cancel any class. Should we do so we will give you as much notice as possible and we assure you that we will only cancel a class due to tutor illness or if there are insufficient numbers booked. In this event, a full refund will be given or you will be offered a transfer to a future class. We regret that refunds cannot be given in any other circumstances.

In the event of cancellation by the student, we require as much notice as possible and will attempt to re-sell the class place. If we can re-sell your place then you may transfer to another future class of the same value or greater. If we are unable to re-sell your place then we regret that any fees paid will not be transferable, or refundable. If the named student is unable to attend for any reason, a substitution student may attend with prior agreement.

Tools & Materials
All tools necessary for the course are provided by the studio for use during the course. Materials are usually included in the price - should you be required to purchase materials or bring anything with you, this will be clearly stated in the class description.
